Welcome to the Crane Park Guesthouse an approximately 1,250 square foot upper unit of a two-unit home located on Tennessee Pass near Leadville, Colorado. Right from the front door, access endless wilderness trails including the Continental Divide Trail and the Colorado Trail.
This fully furnished unit has a large, generously outfitted kitchen adjacent to a spacious eating area with seating for 6-8 people. The great room features a cozy wood stove, board games and t.v. There are three bedrooms* each with double (Queen or Full) size beds (one with upper bunk) and two full bathrooms. Starlink internet service and a wood stove heated sauna round out the amenities.
*The secondary bed room or bunk room can be converted to an office for mid-term rentals.
The upper unit of the guesthouse is currently available to rent from May 2024-November 2024. We will only consider 3+ month rentals with priority given to longer stays. Additionally, the lower two-bedroom unit will open up for 12 month (or longer!) rental starting on May 2024. Photos of the unit are coming soon.
